How long is the shelf life?
As our products are 100% natural with no synthetic preservatives they will not last as long as commercial, chemically laden equivalents. Body Temple products have an unopened shelf life up to two years from the date of manufacture due to the cold pressed and absolutely pure nature of the essential oils used. Any product you wish to keep longer than the above times should be kept in a cool place below 15°C.
How do I store my products?
To maintain product integrity and quality we recommend that our products be stored below 28°C and out of direct sunlight. This means it is preferable to keep our products out of the bathroom and store in a vanity or drawer. The reason for this is because sunlight and heat can degrade our precious natural ingredients. If you live in a warmer climate we recommend you store our products in the refrigerator.
