Directions:
Pregnancy: Throughout the last 6-9 weeks of pregnancy apply over cracked nipple twice daily or as often as required to condition the nipples and promote healthy, supple skin in preparation for breast feeding.
Breastfeeding: After feeding, gently pat the skin dry or allow the breast to air, then apply a small amount of balm to the nipple to moisturise and protect. Nipple Soother does not need to be removed before breast feeding.
It is safe for both nursing mothers and babies. This balm does not contain any synthetics, harsh ingrients or lanolin.
