If you have not shopped securely online before, we hope to introduce you to the benefits:

Online shopping is also very popular for gifts—especially if you need to post the gift as we can send it directly to the person for you (gift-wrapped and with your personal message in a card). If you are an expat overseas, we offer a great solution for sending gifts to your friends and family in Australia at local postage.
Payment Methods
If you have placed an order via our online store and have difficulties completing checkout, please refer to the following payment details to complete your order. You will automatically receive a confirmation of your order by email. A tax invoice will accompany your purchases.
Online Credit Card Payment*
To make payment online with a credit card, simply use our 128 bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology protected online payment system during checkout. When you place your order with us your details are securely transferred to the server. You are assured of optimum security whilst shopping at Body Temple Pure Organic Skincare. Payment will appear on your credit card statement as Body Temple.
*We currently accept credit cards (Visa/Master,AMEX), and bank cards. We do not accept Diners at this time, we apologize for any inconvenience.

Credit Card Payment via Mail/Fax/Telephone
To make payment with a credit card via telephone, simply contact us via email or telephone with your telephone details and invoice number, and one of our friendly staff will be in touch with you shortly. Cheques or Money Order Payment Option*
Available to Australian residents only.
To make payment via cheque or money order (order will not be shipped until fund has been cleared), simply include your invoice number on the back of your cheque/money order made payable to Body Temple and sent to the following address:

Postage and Handling Costs
Our freight forwarders are Fastway Couriers and Australia Post to deliver our parcels nationally and internationally. Of the two, Fastway Couriers is generally the quickest, most reliable and economical form of delivery. Their parcels are registered and traceable, and are covered for loss or damage. Fastway usually have an overnight service to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and most of the eastern seaboard. Australia Post services country areas more competitively. For accurate freight pricing, please enquire at time of order are processed Monday to Friday.
Body Temple dispatches your order within 48 hours upon receipt of payment except where an item is out of stock. In this case, the order may be withheld until the ordered item is back in stock in which case we will advise you of the delay OR we will send it out as a backorder at no additional cost.
Goods will generally be couriered unless specified to use Australia Post or if it is more economical to use Australia Post.
- Orders* up to $50 - $9. 95
- Orders* $51 to $100 - $7. 95
- Orders* $101 to $150 - $6. 95
- Orders* for $151 and over are FREE from postage & handling
Registered Australia Post and Registered Express post is available. Please enter this request in the Comments Box during checkout; this option may incur a P&H surcharge.
PO Box addresses are only sent via Australia Post.
*Orders excluding freight
** Shipping is FREE for Gift Certificates sent anywhere within Australia when ordered alone (the freight charge will be deducted when we process your payment).
International:
Postage and handling will be calculated at the time of order and confirmed via e-mail before the order is processed.
Orders for $300 and over are FREE from postage & handling.

Australian Customers:

- All prices are Goods & Services Tax (GST) included, which means the price you see is all you have to pay.
- All prices shown are valid at the time of publication.
International Customers:
- All prices are shown in Australian dollars; this is the only currency that we accept.
- All prices shown have Goods & Services Tax (GST*) included.
- International orders are exempt from GST. GST amount will be deducted from all international orders. The GST amount will be deducted when we process your payment.

Postage Terms and Times
As a guideline our delivery times are as follows:
- Delivery within the same city or town - next working day
- Between cities and large towns or other locations in the same state - 1-2 working days
- Between other capital cities - 1-3 working days
- To other interstate locations - 2-5 working days
Claims
All claims are to be made within 24 hours from date of delivery. Fastway orders are insured for breakages and loss in transit and will be replaced. Your signature confirms that you have received your parcel in good order. No claims can be made after you have signed for the parcel. We recommend that orders are checked prior to signing.

Refund Policy
You satisfaction is important to us. If you are in any way dissatisfied with Body Temple skincare products (excluding Essential Oils & Essential Oil Blends) we offer a full product replacement or credit note of your choice. Just return the unused portion back to us within 30 days of purchase for your choice or a replacement product or credit.
Shipping and handling fees are not included in refunds. All returned products must have been purchased through the Body Temple website.
Please accompany your return with a copy of your website receipt, an explanation of why you are returning it and whether you would like a replacement or a credit note.
